The O2 sensor trouble code is a red herring on the 95.. EVERYTHING causes it..
There is a fuse that runs the brake lights, that pops occasionally and it will make the car not crank.
Clogged injector screens.
Clogged Fuel filters.
Bad ground.
Engine Wiring harness. Especially the EFI cabling.
Out of guesses..
