I installed fogs on my 98 base model. Bought the lights from Pelican Parts. Search this site for installation instructions or google e-36 fog light retrofit. You will need to buy a relay from someplace like autozone and a generic switch from Radio Shack. Tap the battery for power and mount the relay near nearby. That's what I did, anyway.
