Unnecessary thread revival:
I just bought the primary parts from eBay UK for just under $50
eBay link and
eBay link. Problem is, I'll be in Afghanistan when they arrive, so I won't be able to do the install until October.
But, the parts are officially on the way. I'll have pics of success (or failure) before Halloween!
