I have a very very mint one! It includes all the mounting hardware including the arm rest bracket that was specifically made for the TI. I made it so you can still can use both cup holders and the coin tray by cutting up and sanding an old one I had laying around. It's so fit and finished that it looks oem. Normally you lose that functionality when installing an armrest into a TI.
