I say that because to make it smog legal you need ALL emissions equipment. If you buy a "wrecked" vehicle how do you know if the emissions equipment hasnt been damaged? To purchase these things could start snowballing quickly, whereas a non cali state can get away with not making it compliant and IS cheaper. |
