I'm pretty sure Steven is talking about the upper loop that the seatbelt hangs from. The plastic cover is part# 72118119186, #10 in this diagram:http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...01&hg=72&fg=05

But yes, as mentioned before, I think the loop just has a plastic coating that is known to crack, no biggie.
