Those AFR are race levels so maybe do another 1/4 turn on that fuel pressure regulator so it gets around 12.0-11.8 AFR.
That is about all you what to do with those stock 19# injectors and tune. If you really want to step up you will need a new tune, 30# injectors and a 1995 M3 MAF + Methenol for 15psi (3.2 pulley). Then that little I-4 will really wake up and plant your butt when you hit the "loud petal"
