Hey Justin...FYI...You can't pay it online without the bill but you can call and do it over the phone. I paid mine yesterday cause that story freaked me out...apparently THEY don't need the bill# to pay it but you do...ehhh...scammers...it is a private tollway that the State of Colorado leases...blah! |
