GOOD NEWS & BAD NEWS!
The good news is that the 130i has officially been launched at the Geneva Show. The bad news is that there is uncertainty in BMW if they will launch it in the U.S. and Canada. Imagine 255hp in that little car. Should be awesome on the track with a few suspension tweeks! Also, as other people mentioned the E46 Compact will be the last of them. The 1 series is in the same segment. The 2 series will be the intermediate between the 1 and the E90 3.
