you need to run a wire from the battery directly to a relay, then to the lights.
The relay is connected to something on the ignition. When the ignition is turned on, the relay will open and turn the lights on.
If you don't know what your doing, then don't do it, last thing you want to do is mess up your cars electrical system. __________________ -Jeff
