Yeah, I'm selling the ClubSport but I'm trying to get atleast 5500 for it. I'm not actively trying to sell it on this forum because I think I'm asking more than most people here are willing to pay.

Personally, I don't think 4 grand is unreasonable for a local sale, especially with gas prices these days. You should get a window marker, write 4k REALLY BIG on the windows with your phone number and park it downtown. I did exactly that with my Avus base ti and it sold in a couple of hours.
