a foreign car repair shop in Red Bank, NJ - which is also an authorized Bosch dealer - told me that (even though he sells all things Bosch) Boch plugs (platinum or not) 'SUCK'. he added that often times people will come to his shop with rough running cars and the first thing he does is change the plugs to anything but Bosch. for some reason Bosch plugs foul up quickly & are simply not good. I had them in my car forever - & once I switched to dealer supplied NGKs - my car just feels better & consistant.
(IMO) stick with dealer supplied platinum NGKs - the 100,000 mile ones - & you'll be happy.
P.S. - (IMO) stay away from Denso IRs & too - no matter what you hear.
P.P.S - (IMO) Champion plugs should only go into your lawn mower.
