It's gonna be the same quality as an FM CD player. You're basically running the signal directly to the antenna, so it's pretty unlikely you're going to get interference.
There's no direct input on the factory radio, but aftermarket CD changers can have an aux input (Peripheral components makes one with a JVC or Alpine unit). __________________
