2-3 years back when gasoline was considered cheap along with easy credit, even to lowest paid working stiff was driving around in a big gas guzzling SUV. By next summer gas will be US$4.50/gallon. Maybe the BMW product planners will reconsider getting one of their 4 cylinder engines 'federalized' for the U.S. market. |
