How do.
Have had some serious problems with my 98 318ti exhaust. Both parts were welded together in the middle(??) so had it replaced. Within about a month a weld on the muffler just up from the back box had split. Now the pipe from the flange to the cat has split!! Exhaust system was a cheapo, and the support bracket from the gearbox to front section was missing - although a local specialist says that the exhaust mounting is solid enough for this not to cause any problems. Already had one part replaced under warranty. Any advice?
