Rear seats, carpet, console, door panels, rear seat side panels, headliner, and anything aft of the rear seats are 'ti specific. You should be able to replace everything else with that 328i you mentioned. Depending on the HVAC, instrument cluster, and sound system, you may issues retrofitting those pieces.
