Well, In my opinion there is no excuse for bad customer service. I don't care if he has a million sales a day or ten, the bottom line is that "the customer is king". This certainly is a rough month for him so far...449 positive...19 neutral....25 negative. It's almost equivalent to his numbers in the past six months. I've had no problems with pelican and bavauto....shipping was a little slow but atleast bavauto had a number I could call due to items on backorder. Thanks guys. |
