Sorry to hear about your problem, because it will be expensive unless you do it your self. First of all the sound is probably your rubber flex joint, center bearing, and or your drive shaft U- joints. The bad U- joints can cause your center bearing to go bad, and your flex joint. The sound usually sounds like a thunking noise, hard to explain. It happens over time with the car as you put more miles on it. If it is the U- joints, the whole drive shaft needs to be replaced. Factory part cost's $600, it just so happens that I have a drive shaft for a manual, it only has 40,000 miles on it. So if you do need it let me know and we'll talk about price.
