I am not positive, but I am pretty sure that you wouldn't use nitro with and SC. If you do plan on making that kinda power, you would HAVE to beef up the inside of the engine.

Just my two cents.

I personally use full synthetic 5W-30, just because that is what BMW recommends for my car and what was in the car when I got it from the dealer. Comes out clean everytime, so I like it.
