still might be a ground problem check negative battery cable where it connects to frame by the battery. might have to remove battery to look at it if currosion clean it. Is the battery fully charged?

there is a ground wire under the car on the front...
there is a ground wire under the car on the front right. it is connected to the stabilizer mount. see if it is still connected or rotted off also check the mount if it is rusted off and not touching...
