Heres the almost complete kit. If I go topmount then the internal wastegate will do fine but if I go bottom mount the wastegate will never clear the block so thats where the wastegate adapter comes...

Just to clarify, It does fit. Either top mount or bottom mount. Top mount will require about 4" of spacing between the manifold and turbo which leaves just enough hood room with a smaller turbo....
