I dont know the exact numbers on the weight differences but the 318 is a little lighter.
I think the flywheel is near the same but the clutch/disk due to smaller size, its lighter.

I did have coilovers in the front with Swift springs but when i put the 19s it had clearance issues so i switched back to normal type Ohlins shocks/Apex springs with the threaded height adjustable...

replaced the release fork lever with euro M3C just in case.
euro M3B is what the US market has and this has the same...

they told me it has (+3mm) 58mm size, but it costs over US$300 + core.
