So the problem still exists. I do have the correct bulbs in. I have power going all the way up to both circuit boards. All other lights work perfectly on both boards besides the break lights....

There is no corrosion at all on the assembly. I found out they weren't working by someone driving behind flagging me down. I guess it could be a possibility they are the wrong bulbs. I will check...

I checked the fuse and it was okay and I switched out the bulbs with new ones. Anyone ever heard of this? I have no other electrical problems so this seems really strange. Any help would be great!

Okay cool. I am hoping for a refund instead of a replacement since I now only trust Behr radiators for this car. This has been the 2 most annoying weeks of my BMW life.

Yeah I was trying to reuse the original cap. The rubber seals are in pretty good shape.

I can tell that it just isn't the right fit by how easily and tightly it screws on to the old OEM radiator....
