ok i'm having a hard time getting around the idea of spending over $400 to replace my catalytic converter when no one is sure if that's gonna solve my NOx emmision problems.
anyone out there...

the car definitely wasn't cold, i ran it for about 20 mins, and even the test operator ran it on the machine twice. the second time he revved the engine up for about 2-4 mins. he said the same thing...
