The camshaft and position sensor are the same, if the sensor stops working the engine will crank but not fire, same if the crankshaft pos sensor goes out. Im not sure if there is any way to test...

I could give you 700 and you keep the wheels if you want, its got a lot of sweet parts, but its really just a parts car that aside from springs and maybe a few other things isn't worth a whole lot
