need advice on a good exaust

so the stock exhaust on my 97 ti is all rotted out. im looking for an aftermarket exhaust that sounds good. and im trying to stay around 400 bucks but every thing ive seen is between like 600-800...

so i was looking on bavauto.com and found a set of shocks and springs for like 650 bucks. their bilstein shocks with bavarian autosport springs. i was just wondering if any body has put this setup on...

i think i might drill a hole in the center then put a puller on it and do it that way, im afraid if i pull to hard i might pull the rod out of the transmission
