Thanks, I do mostly Highway driving but ocasionally sit in the parking lot on 1-5 on my way home from work, moving from parking spot to parking spot for about 4 miles untill the traffic clears.

Found the culprit!

Intake cam broke between 1st and 2nd lobe. Now the head has to come back off to replace the intakes in #4 as they are bent.

Well I got the head off today and there is a crack in #2 waterjacket to valve.

The previous owner cut the wires and wired to a switch on the dash, I reconnected (solder and heat shrink) but I havent had the fan turn on yet.

Dose anyone have a decent schematic on the under hood fuse box, I am showing fuse #23 at the cooling fan, but what I think is fuse 23 dosent have any contacts in it.
