Definetly black grills are great. My Ti is -96 so it's not facelift, with new grill i got badly needed face-lift look without changing front mask and must say its looking way much better in that way....

I just take adjust motors from old lights and put them to new one - plug & play. And yes i had new H1 bulbs in lights ready you cant use 9005/9006 bulbs with those lights. Only need those xenon bulbs...

Installed Z3-1.9 sifter to my Ti just last month and the feeling is awsome. Replaced clutch at same time so now sifting is smooth and fast ;)
