How about plastic vent inserts for the fog light...
How about plastic vent inserts for the fog light holes instead of the solid blanks? You could use the blank as a template and cut in the venting with the software.

Why the taller tire? looks like the contact patch grows some, but not really any diameter, or sidewall difference. Are you looking for more contact?
