side skirt installation without clips I just bought a very nice pair of OEM side skirts from cmoore, and I'm hoping to install them on my 95 TI. Since it's a 95, it didn't come with the plastic skirts, and has no mounting holes. I don't have the clips, either, or the template for drilling holes. I read that you can install them using double-sided tape, and I tried that earlier today - but it didn't work at all. The skirts want to sit about 5 mm away from the metal - which makes sense, since there are supposed to be clips between the skirts and the metal. But it means that the tape doesn't hold at all. Has anybody had success installing skirts without the clips? What did you use? I have some ideas:

What I was thinking of doing is screwing it in either end In the wheel arch and using sikaflex to seal it and hold them in place Sent from my E6553 using Tapatalk |
Side skirts... Are they Mtech? http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11...32ab251a04.jpg I am looking to buy some carbon side skirt extensions and they only work on factory M models. Mine appear to be stock to the car but are two piece? Any info on whether these are correct would be appreciated. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
