What are the cons and pros? And will it cause any problems since my car is my DD?

It seems to be overkill, unless all your other rear bushings are Poly. Just get a solid rubber e30 diff mount, as the poly one will transfer the stress to the rear subframe and tweak those bushings...

Just my 2 cents...
