Replacing quick connect multipin on instrument cluster

I was replacing some missing bulbs on my daughters 318ti instrument cluster when while inserting the black multipin and trying to lock it down, the locking lever broke. I'm worried about the plug vibrating out. Has anyone replaced it and how hard is it?
