1995 318ti AC problems

How Ya'll doing? Not to be rude but I need to jump by the long intros and get right to the problem at hand. My 318ti 1995 aux cooling fan would not shut off of HIGH mode even after a few hours of running recently. I unplugged the fan for the night and in the morning I plugged it back in and it still ould not shut off this is all without the keys in the ignition.
I pulled the temp sensor wire plug off and it still ran.
I then pulled the purple forward most relay and the fan stopped. I put the relay back in and the fan was not running sooo problem solved right. Wrong.
Now the Air Conditioning woun't run. I ran to the local BMW dealer 100 miles away round trip and purchased a new purple and yellow relay. These were the two referenced in bentlys book as show on a previous post here.
Yes the high speed fan worked but the low speed fan and the AC will not come on.
More strangly the AC seems to come on once the engine gets hot and or when hitting bumps.
I checked the temp sensor by short curting the brownto green etc and the high speed fan comes on but the yellow relay only clicks when I ground the low speed wires together. CLICK CLICK CLICK I can't get the low speed fan to run. Is it a bad fan? Loose wire? Another relay. Oh by the way it seems the AC came on with the inside AC button off. Unless the cooler air was when the high speed fan kicked on and it was so hot outside the added fresh ai=r seemed like AC I am lost please help?

Don't mind buying parts but want to minimize 100 mile round trips as much as possible. Thanks for any assistanc in advance.
