DDM SHIPPING....
 

i wanted to ask if anyone received a tracking number from DDM prior to receiving their parts/order...
they use FedEx.
i received an electronic receipt on the 16th...so my credit card has been charged.
but, no tracking number or shipping verification. the owner told me i should see my bumper on the 18th....

my question is this: What has been your experience?

I got a message from DDM a few days ago, didn't get to call them untill yesterday. I ordered the E36 M front bumper and E36 M side mirrors. They said the shipping calculator on the website for the M front bumper was inacurate and I had to pay an additional shipping charge. You may want to call them up and see if thats the case with your order. I just recieved the tracking number after I paid the rest of the shipping...

i had that talk with the owner already.
i paid $80.00 for shipping.
still no tracking order.

I did get a tracking number for my parts, but only after I called them. After I placed the order online on a weekend, I did not receive any notification, so I called them during the following week, got the "sorry, we're really backed up" spiel, then poof, a tracking email, then the parts a few days later...

I think I was just lucky...

they need to get themselves on the ball with this!

yeah really, no offense to them... but if they are going to offer such good deals, they should be prepared for the business.

yup they still haven't charged my credit card and i haven't recieved no email from them either. i guess im calling on monday to see whats up. Sean did you end up getting your bumper yet?

i tried calling them twice today....i'll be on it at 9pm monday morning.
i feel like they bamboozled me a bit.

call and make a complaint maybe they will make it up to you.

yea they dont work weekends. But yeah complain about it and they might give credit for future purchases or something.
