New Wheel Pics and Review The rain stopped for a couple hours today and I was finally able to take some pics of my new wheels on my car. They're 17" Mille Miglia mm 11-2 sports with Kumho Ecsta ASX 235/40/17 tires. I had stock wheels and tires on before, and it's a very different ride now. The steering is a bit stiffer and I notice more tramlining, but it's worth it for the handling improvement, which is better than I thought it would be. I've had a lot of fun driving around the last few days, and haven't felt any scraping at all. My car even feels faster! I bet the wheels added like 10 hp, hahaha ;) My friends don't understand why you'd spend money on a car if everything works, so I'm glad I have you guys to share the excitement with! http://sylwia.switz.org/ti/1.jpg http://sylwia.switz.org/ti/3.jpg http://sylwia.switz.org/ti/4.jpg http://sylwia.switz.org/ti/5.jpg Yup! That's my 318ti.org sticker in the window ;) |

Looking good. Time to consider a new suspension? Regardless, the ride is looking nice. |
Wow those look great, where and how much did you pay for them. I was considering those a while back, those just look fantastic! |

Swits.....ignore ur friends. Mine says the same thing, and they're....guys:eek: For me buying stuff for my car to look and feel good is the same thing as buying shoes and clothes... Those wheels are nice....I, too, have tramlining after switching to 17s. On top of that......harder bounces. Well of course I ugraded to H&R springs....woul've preferred Bavauto's or Eibach's.....not as stiff.... |
Nice rims Swits, looks really nice on your car. Quote:
IMO those rioms would look stupid on a ti with that big of a dish. |
Have you started saving for suspension yet!? |
BMP suspension offer BMP has Bilstein and H&R complete kit for $799.95 http://www.bmpdesign.com/product-exe...earch_model/52 Probably the best price I've seen anywhere. |
