FS: 1995 318ti SOLD. I just bought our 318ti this past June, but a few weeks ago I found a '02 530i I couldn't resist, and so the 318ti needs to go. Here are the particulars: 1995 318ti, 5 speed, 111k miles. It does not have the sport package (it has beige leather seats), but does have the M-tech bodykit installed. The previous owner installed the short shifter, LED taillights, HID headlamps, clear corners, clear sidemarkers and the M3 wheels. It also has an Alpine stereo with iPod connectivity. It is in very nice condition. I recently had it inspected by my local BMW mechanic, and he stated it was the nicest 318ti he has seen. There were a couple of minor service items he recommended (replace ball joints and trannie service), which I had him complete. The paint is very nice - there are a few areas of oxidation, but nothing major. The seats have no tears or punctures - just some normal wear on the driver's side. I have it listed at cars.com for $5,800. I recognize that is a bit higher than many other 318's, but feel it takes into account the miles, condition, and equipment installed. I'm open to offers. Here are some pics: http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...e/IMG_0847.jpg http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...e/IMG_0845.jpg http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...e/IMG_0848.jpg http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/...e/IMG_0850.jpg Let me know if you have any questions - thanks! |
Hello fellow CO member, I have been checking this Ti out as well. It just sucks I'm low in funds right now. Here's a bump for another great looking Ti. |
i've been looking at it too. nice car...good luck with the sale. and welcome to the Org! Sean (in Green Valley Ranch) |
Why are you guys so far D: ! I would take this right away! Philly, PA |
Colorado is beautiful this time of year - a quick ski trip and cross-country drive back to PA . Thanks for the kind feedback. |
I'm in no hurry to sell the car, but I am a bit surprised at the utter lack of interest from the craigslist ad. I suppose the holiday time of year doesn't help. I've reduced the price on craigslist to $5,900. Maybe being in the $5,000's will be a bit more attractive. Took the car out today at lunch for a spin, just to keep it running. We certainly wouldn't mind keeping it, but right now, we have five cars for two drivers, and a 3 car garage. Something's gotta go . |
Ahhh I wish I had the money but if you still have it some time in January/February I will probably have the money. I think the reason why there isn't so much interest is because the snow is on its way. |
Well, it may very well be available in January/February, what with the holidays and snow coming up. Like I said, I'm not desperate to sell it, and I figure it will take a fellow enthusiast to truly appreciate the value. For the time being, it's sitting in the garage at my work - so it's well protected from the elements until you're ready to give it a new home . |
I was looking at this again and noticed you said this is not a sport model Ti. So is this an active or base model? Does it have a sun roof or cruise control? |
it's got a sunroof and OBC...it's an Active Dave. |
Thanks, i kinda saw the sun roof in the pic but wasnt sure. |
yeah, it took a hawk-eye to see it...but it's there. nice car too... i think i like that Blue one better Dave. although, i'd never snub my nose at this car...it's beautiful! |
If turns out that my car is not worth repairing, I just might be into this... |
Well, the car is still available, awaiting a good home. Sounds like the recent questions were already answered by the knowledgeable folks here. But yes, the car does indeed have a sunroof and cruise control. Thanks! |
