Quick Secondary Air Pump Question
 

I have a '98 318ti M44

There is a Secondary Air Pump mounted on the front of the engine. From this air pump is a plastic hose. [Part number: 11-72-1-433-821 ]

Now, is this hose supposed to be securely fastened to the air pump? I notice that there is air leaking at end of the plastic hose because it is not securely fastened.

Am I supposed to have any secondary air leak there or should it be nice and snug?
