Re-registered in Arizona... I posted here a while ago under a different username, mostly lurking for information. Since then, I've moved cross country, and thought I'd re-register to match my name on other forums. Good news, I just bought a '95 ti. I've got plans for it... Bad news, I won't get to drive it or take photos until later this month (I'm working down in Southern Arizona, and the car's sitting at my house in the Phoenix area). Hopefully I'll be able to update this later. |
Decided to grab some pics from the seller's ad... Doesn't look like much in the pics, but I got it for $1000! http://images.craigslist.org/3E43K43...80b3551a8c.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/3E63Gb3...500b4b1131.jpg Seats are a bit stained / worn, and it needs a driver's side door card and window, but it apparently runs well. Gonna be a fun toy / build / possible-DD. |
Welcome Back to the .org! The ti looks ok, but cosmetics can be more easily addressed than mechanics. If it runs solid, it looks like a great starting point! |
Car looks nice! I have a similar '95 here in Tucson. |
Sounds like you got a deal! Welcome back :) |
From the pictures, it mostly just looks dirty... Once I replace the door card / window, all it really needs is a good detail. From the seller's description, and what my friends have said, it runs pretty well. I'm looking into an M50/M52 swap though. I've got a friend who swaps them into E30's, said he could help me out wherever. In fact, just found a complete M50 for $1000! Need a transmission though -- it's autotragic. |
