Where in NJ do you live? I might be interested in the head. I have to pull the head off of my engine and see what kind of damage it has. May have dropped a valve, but I am unsure. All I know is I have 0 compression in one of the cylinders.

How much was taken off the head when it was decked?

Is the bottom end completely stock?
