Time for a 2 series forum section
 

Hey All

New car arrived last week, pics to follow.

There are a few things I would like to do, nothing crazy. Spoke to dealer, and he said the M version comes with a LSD. Does swapping one into my car seem possible? Also looking at a short shifter kit, not seeing one yet. Hitch system doesn't seem available yet either.

Hoping to get a M2 next year with European delivery. Test drove the M235 when we bought my wife's 435 MSPORT last summer and it was wickedly quick.

OK, so my car died last week. Some sort of electrical problem. Car turns over, but won't start. Car was throwing cylinder misfire codes here and there. Definitely an electrical problem.

At this point, I may just part it out. Sitting in the parking lot of my apartment, till it gets warmer.

Those interested in any major components, let me know.

Here is what I am considering removing for sale:

Seats
Half shafts
Diff 3.46 LSD
rear sway bar
front strut brace
cold air intake
rear wing
rear bumper
front bumper
mtech steering wheel
HID headlights
front camber kit

Just jump started the car, and it runs fine. Dead battery for sure, but may still have an electrical problem.

Anyone interested in buying and driving car away let me know. It has current inspection on it.

Give us some more details to refresh our memory. Better yet some current details mileage, and photos...

I will be in the DC area mid July. I need to goto Andrews AFB for the Altitude Chamber.

Might swing down to Woodbridge to visit some friends. I used to live in Alexandria.

I'd be interested in the front camber plates if you end up parting it out please.

It's seems a bit to nice to part out but I I still want that diff.

I'd be interested in the Strut bar too. Better if it stays together for the next person tho....
