BMW 16" 318Ti Sport wheels

I recently replaced my 96 Ti 16" BMW Alloy 5spokers and need to sell them. They are all in very good condition, some very minor scrapes. They have 225/50 16 G/Y Eagle LS tires with well over 50% tread left. Overall this package is in very good condition. The tires were not driven hard and the wear is very even. This would make a very nice upgrade for a 318 with 15s. These are the BMW wheels, not replicas. I can send pix if some one is interested. They are located in Phoenix, Arizona. Make me a resasonable offer. Mark

i would be interested in looking at them.
Please send pics to fariz66@yahoo.com.
I'm hoping to get new wheels after the new year, but if they're available now and reasonably priced I'll be willing to consider it.

Thanks,
Weeze

96Ti,

thanks for the interest.

I would be wary of any set of original BMW wheels with center caps that cost $200.00. I also wonder the condition and if they had tires. Wheels with curb rash or a little bend here or there are significantly less valuable than good clean straight wheels with good name brand rubber in the correct size.

OK, I will get offf my soap box now. I will accept $350.00 and you pay shipping. I made this same offer to another here on the board. If this seems unreasonable, then tell me what is. If not successful here in the next week I will post them on Ebay. I can send you pix direct, but was unable to upload them to this site due to the size.
Thanks,
let me know, Mark

OK, one last shot

I have these OE 5 spoke 16s off my sport Ti. They have goodyear eagle LS 225 50 16 tires that have @ 70% tread left. Also have center caps and are in very good condition. No bends and just very minor scratches. A set of 4. Pictures available. I will consider selling to the highest offer. If the offers are not high enough I will let you all know when I list on Ebay, but would rather sell them here to a known group of users. please make REASONABLE offers by Monday 12/27 at 12:00 noon PST for the tires and wheels, you pay for shipping or pick them up in Phoenix.

Thanks to all my fellow TI ers

The problem with selling your wheels is the shipping costs. You might have better luck selling the wheels without the tires. Those tires probably weigh 28lbs. each by themselves. That size tire fits a lot of cars and should sell locally very quick. Let me know if you decide to sell just the wheels. I use 'em on my ti race car because they are plentiful, cheap and I can't afford a nice lightweight wheel. $800 for tires for a weekend of racing keeps me dead broke.
Best of luck.

Ok

So then bid on either the entire assy or just the 4 wheels or 4 tires. I will have them broken down and sell them seperately if that works better for someone.

Thanks for the idea, mark
