FS: M42 Motor and Tranny CHEAP!

As many of you know, my 318ti has been sold. I have a spare motor and trans with 140k miles sitting in my garage. If anyone is interested in it please let me know. I'm asking $400 OBO - pickup only. I'm located in Ventura County - CA.
