Rust on door frame areas - How serious?
 

Hello all! I'm looking at a seemingly decent black '96 Ti which unfortunately has small rust damage at the bottom of the frame just behind quarter panels on both sides.

Attached photos show the rest, I'm trying to assess how costly this would be to repair (would need to hire it out), and how critical this damage is to the integrity of the car frame, etc. Thanks in advance for any advice!
