Fs: 332ti :(

Car has about the same power/weight ratio as a 286hp e36 m3.

The Chasis has 110k miles on it. Engine and m3 components have 48k miles!

This car was built with intent to handle forced induction in the future, thats why I went further then most people who just change the engine.

m3 conversion includes:
1996 s52 m3 engine, kept obd2 system
5 speed m3 transmission
m3 instrument cluster matching the engine(from same m3)
m3 driveshaft
m3 COMPLETE front suspension, and m3 brakes with good amount left on pads
3.23 LSD, limited slip differential from M-coupe
m3 harness and computer
m3 exhaust up to cats, after that its custom
uuc 8.5lb flywheel/e34 m5 clutch installed last year-a day ago I had the clutch redone completely, so its a brand new friction material!
m3 shifter
m-tech mouldings, rear bumper, and side sill things
new fan clutch
additional electric fan in front of radiator to help with cooling
new water pump
changed alternator
m3 radiator
new thermostat
m3 steering

good looking 17x9" OCW wheels (23lbs) with 255 wide tires ALL AROUND. one of the rear tires rubbed but then fenders were rolled. Allmost new tires in rear

go fast mods include:
uuc stage 2 flywheel/m5 clutch
dual 2.5" magnaflow exhaust with dtm tips that don't stick out. sounds MEAN
ecis short ram intake with a heat shield

EXTERIOR:

-the hood was repaired, so its not perfect.
-windshield has rock damage that doesn't leak, its in the lower passenger corner ($200 to replace)
-Paint has some imperfections as expected, but its not that bad
-power steering pump moans a little, but I kept it because it makes the steering feel good
-DEPO headlights with stoneguard and umnitza DDE angel eyes. Wired to foglight switch
-very high quality 20% tint
-corner light WILL be painted to match on buyer's request
Interior:[/B]
-Black perforated ultrasuede doorpanel inserts, and shifter surround
-Kick panels dremeled to fit 6.5" speakers, worked great with my Focal Utopia 165w. I can include some JL 5.25" speakers if buyer really needs a sound system.
-Sport seats with leather bolsters and grey pattern cloth inserts.
-Heating and cooling works great
-battery relocated to trunk for better weight distribution
-tool kit was removed for weight savings, but its included if buyer wants it
-wheelskins suede steering wheel cover
-momo airleather shift knob

car has reconstructed title. Hood was fixed; passenger fender, lights, grill panel, fnt bumper were replaced. The car was not hit hard enough to deploy airbags.

I spent around $17k on this conversion because I ran into a lot of problems which were eventually resolved. I have most of the receipts and can get ones I'm missing, and can furnish proof of mileage on m3 engine.

I'm including chrome antera 161 wheels with the car, not the black ones. Black ones are a $900 option

Even if you part this car out, you still come out on top. I've owned it for 2 years, and spent a lot of blood, sweat, money, and some tears on it, so it hurts for me to sell it. This is a great sleeper, and has a lot of potential as a show car.

I'd like $8,500 for this car

Where is the car located and who did the work?

jigg60 01-09-2006 11:21 PM

I sold my ti last year about this time, and I have missed it dearly. Recently, I have been considering a replacement to fill that void...this may suit nicely ;)
ANY available pics and additional info to jgivens@rmf.com please.
Thanks.

The car is located in Warminster, right outside of Philadelphia. orgot that I got an electric fan in front of radiator to help with cooling and to also help AC system. Cost me around $350 +fan to get it installed so it only turns on when it has to.

I currently have 21 receipts of the work done, and the rest to come

car is now back from the shop. No warning lights on the dash, brakes are fine, clutch is fine, car drives great. Sun allready setting, so pics tomorrow

right now I'm going to take pictures of the receipts. I have MOST of them

work performed by Grand Prix Motorwerks, by Mike at 215-677-2345
and VAC motorsports, by Armand at 215-462-2996

Mike did most of the work. You can talk to either one of these guys about the car

Sorry, if you mentioned this already but any suspension work?

Thanks

Silver00spike 01-12-2006 01:54 AM

In the front is has OEM m3 suspension, steering, and brakes. In the back is the stock 318ti sport suspension. I'm pretty sure its sport because of my seats, rear bumper, and mouldings that came with the car.
