Cost of a supercharger kit in the UK

Hey Guys,

Anyone know how much a charge is in the UK? All the links I can find seem to be U.S based.
Any information would be great!

Your looking at around 2½ grand (unfitted) for a DASC kit that's already imported. I did look into importing one myself awhile back but after you've taken shipping,VAT & import taxes into account there's not much saving to be made.

I've only found a couple of companies that do DASCs in the UK,

Torque Developments
&
C.A auto tech

if anyone knows of other places in the UK where these kits can be had,I'd also be interested - especially if they're less than 2.5k ;)

yer, but try and get insurance afterwards. It's been a nightmare on mine and the only mods I've got are different wheels and a couple of spoilers? I've also got a tracker fitted which cost £140 a year in fees and it made a massive £8 difference on insurance. Flipping insurance companies always trying to make more money.

Bexley Motor Works in Kent also do them. Don't know the price now but it was £2671.95 supply and £3024.45 supply & fit. That was about 5 years ago.

As for insurance, the big boys won't touch you, you're have to go to a specialist broker like Adrian Flux
