Possible relay issue on ignition

Vehicle ran fine. I put parking permit on it.

Was driven just fine last time only about a month ago. Went out to start it and slosh the oil around a bit.

Wont start.

Charged the battery to full, brand new battery only a few months old.

Upon attempting ignition, entire electrical system shuts down. Tried charging the key, key hasn't given me problem with the immobilizer before, it is OEM key not some cloned doo-hickey.

Is it a bad relay or does someone have a better idea? This car started, drove, engine runs perfect. As it sits in my carport the car is safe, but it is super frustrating to try to start it. I have an existing problem with the interior lights staying on all the time, even they shut down when I try to start it.

Suggestions welcome
