Weird Engine after running abs pump

I was trying to diagnose my abs problem, shorted the ABS pump to see if it was still working, and after my engine wouldn't crank, i had to crank it for 2 minutes straight and it slowly slowly started gaining rpms and fired over. Then it was miss firing for about 5-10 minutes

Now I have a cold idle issue where the rpms loop, its almost like I have a tear in my intake book, but i just replaced it 3k miles ago.

So weird, any ideas?

before this happened... did you start it for a few seconds, then shut the engine off? I have heard that this can cause the engine to not start without cranking it over for a 30-60 seconds. Not sure why it happens or of it is a sign of something else going bad. It happened to me once. If I recall correctly the engine acted like it had no fuel trim map.
