Another Alaska Blue in Vallejo

So i picked up this 1996 Alaska Blue (sport) a couple days ago for real cheap

body is in good condition but engine needs some work. currently does not start.

so far it's all stock with just clear euro lenses.

Looks like james and i now have double twins! lol

2 black (6cylinder swapped) and 2 alaska blue in the same city

also may need to pull some parts from chris' parts car

Congrats on the find!

If Chris is available, I'll be down there to finish pulling wiring Sunday. We gutted the interior last Sunday and he's intending to pull the motor and drivetrain over the next two weeks or so.

My parts car chassis gets towed Saturday, so I get a parking space back!

Will do. I purchased the front heated sport seats for Diego's TI and am pulling the wiring harness. Interior wise, all else is there with the exception of the radio/HVAC faceplate (broken) and the carpet.

Just then need to set up heated seats for Wifie's car and i'll be interior done on the TI's for awhile.

Jealous of the west coast.... :) seems finding a clean one out this way is getting tough and oh finding a clean E30 is even worse.

Nice looking car, OP!

Want me to look around in Texas for you? You can still find e30s with zero or near zero rust here.

It has to wait till next year. After dust settles from moving into the new home. Was given a stern look on no new projects until others are finished.

OP what plans for powerplant? Swap to a M/S5X or goto say a LSX project?

John, what's left to do to get the new one road ready and registered? Is the S50 street legal and registered?
