So, here are the prices:

1. All 3 wheels - $350 shipped.
2. Not so good wheel only - $60 shipped
3. 1 good wheel only - $165 shipped
4. 2 good wheels - $250 shipped
5. 1 good + 1 no so good - $200 shipped

So, I think I've listed all possible combinations of the wheels (because listing permutations would be silly).
