Yip the pictures do not do the car justice its a great colour, Special Edition "aegaeischblau met." As Schl.Nr. 336 .
Not seen another one quite like it.

I just brought one exsact same colour all I get is some say its a green car and some say its blue  (see my pics of it on this thread)

KillBilly 06-21-2012 03:34 PM

That rather a nice car oldgit:smile:A very nice choice of colour.
Any plans for it?

olgit 06-21-2012 04:42 PM

Na! I think I'll just leave it standard TBH or when get some spare funds might get either some E36 M3 wheels or some Alpinas I dont like changing much on BMW's they dont need it, especially if there limited edition colours :wink::biggrin:

KillBilly 06-21-2012 05:41 PM

Good call leaving it standard as possible. The only thing thats not standard on mine is the exhaust which is a full sebring stainless steel jobby.
Not sure the alpina rims will go so well on a compact as they do on other bmw.
However some nice sunflower rims or m3 motorsport type will do the job.
BTW what size tyres do you run on yours ive 225/50/16s Dunlop all aroud and seem a little to big.

olgit 06-21-2012 07:22 PM

Thats the same size tyers I got on mine, 225/50/16, they seem alright for me for comfot TBH, I use to run 17 inch on one of my old E30's and low profile tyers and it use to pick up every bump in the road and the roads around my way are crap and we have a lot of speed humps so with the 17's there was no give, but with these 225's it aint bad speicaily with me with a bad back and getting old  I like a bit more comfat
but thats not saying if found some 18" M3 wheels going cheap it would'nt stop me from putting them on sod comfat then

I found some pics of compacts with Alpinas on I think they suit them OK TBH

Still not over keen on them Alpinas allthough they suit the e30 to a tee.
These are more my liking.

I like those also, to me for some reason they look better on the silver one than the other one, then again I dont like green cars, even though ours looks greenish sometimes LoL, I mean real green coloured cars

also like these on them
